David Frum On Why Trump-Russia Wasn’t A Hoax

The Atlantic’s David Frum joins Morning Joe to discuss his latest piece ‘It Wasn’t a Hoax,’ on ‘…the suddenly red-hot media campaign to endorse Trump’s fantasy that he was the victim of a ‘Russia hoax.”

Honoré de Balzac said, “Behind every great fortune lies a great crime.” Apparently there are multiple great crimes behind the Trump fortune, stretching all the way back to his stealing most of his initial wealth from other members of his family, as his niece Mary Trump is alleging in a lawsuit.

But the crimes of Trump we should all concern ourselves with are his crimes against the USA nation and democracy itself.

And as an aside, Christopher Steele a retired  member of the British SIS who wrote the Trump-Russia dossier doesn’t become a ‘River-boy‘ who runs the Russia desk because he is stupid or easily influenced… Other characters: Igor Danchenko is a US-based Russian citizen who was Steele’s primary source. He has been charged with lying to the FBI about his dossier contacts and pleaded not guilty. Charles Dolan is a Democratic operative with ties to the Clintons who provided information to Danchenko.
